6 ugers intensivt kursus med de dygtigste undervisere og foredragsholdere fra branchen, har givet dem indføring i servicebranchen. Der har været fokus på følgende: Gæste/kundeservice, salg & revenue management, interkulturel forståelse, klagehåndtering og personlig kommunikation.

Gennem mystery shopping undersøgelser har alle kandidater foretaget egne analyser på serviceudøvelsen på udvalgte hoteller og servicevirksomheder i København. Du kan samtidig få lejlighed til, at få uddybet værdien af Service Ambassadørernes standarder.
